Thats sucks so much - a piece of software as bad as impulse I have never seen. If I didn't like wb so much you would loose more than one customer.

When will you guys the udpates right with impulse and XP

AGAIN (3rd timeminimum now) after updating wb6 I get an error message on startup about wb needing another bootup and as always the stupid impulse routine didn't copy wblind.dll and wbserv.dll to the place it should on startup

I never had those problems with sdc -whats up with stardock - I am complaining about this every other update -you know what, Impulse is leaving my machine - that peace of software stinks !!!!

Why can't those get this done right, after shoving that b***t software down our throats to be able to be up to date. Don't you dare to stop supporting sdc - its incredible.

This is a normal xphomesp3 system german - nothing wierd, nothing special, just plain xp

How to stop Chrome from setting individual user id and stop Google from identifying you easily ()

Chrome Id is saved in Local State file

Go to
X:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data (XP) and X:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data. (Vista)

Look for Local State file
Open it in Editor
Search for "user_experience_metrics"
Look for
"client_id_timestamp"
"client_id" and set them both to ""
Save and close
Make the file readonly
Run chrome and close it
You will see a file Local State tmp
Do the same thing you did before, and make this file readonly too.
Now you are set - no unique ID anymore ()
